1. GENERAL

- All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1 - 2 working days.
- Be sure to receive a reply from us within 24 hours (please check your inbox/junk mail).
- Order(s) are base on a first come first serve basis.
2. PAYMENT
- Payment(s) to be made within 8 hours of time frame once invoice had been issued. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your order and give the chance to the next interested buyer(s) should we fail to receive payment within the stipulated period.
- Glamour LaBeaute accept local Internet Banking (IB) and ATM transfers.
- For payments via IB, kindly update your payment details via the link found in your email.
3. DELIVERY
- All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days upon receiving payment. An email will be sent to you to inform you when your order has been dispatched.
- Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Local normal postage, apparels and accessories will be charged at $1 - $1.50. Other accessories include bags and shoes are charged at a flat rate of $3 and above per item.
- Registered postage, an additional $2.24 on top of normal mail charges Overseas orders will be charged $2.30. Tracking number will be issued by SingPost and you may track your order here.
- Please be advised Glamour LaBeaute will not be liable for any lost parcels or damaged items should you opt for normal postage. Registered postage is highly recommended.
- Glamour LaBeaute ship worldwide. International shipping costs will be advised upon invoice.
